Immobilized rAaeUPO
was diluted to 1 μM and 100 μl were treated with plasma for the indicated amounts of time.
Beads were washed off the glass support and used for activity measurements using 2.5 mM
ABTS and 1 mM H2O2 in 50 mM sodium acetate buffer. Activity of untreated immobilized
rAaeUPO was set to 100%. Data shown represent mean values of three independent
replicates.
