HRP was diluted to different concentrations and treated with plasma for the
indicated amounts of time (100 μl). Activity of HRP was determined subsequently using a final
concentration of 0.5 mM H2O2 and 5 mM guaiacol. Activity of untreated samples was set to
100%. The figure shows mean values of three independent experiments.
