Time-dependent H2O2 production.
Potassium phosphate buffer (5 ml, 100 mM, pH 7) was treated either with the capillary plasma jet (CPJ) and 6400 ppm water in the feed gas or the microscale atmospheric pressure plasma jet (µAPPJ) and 5750 ppm water in the feed gas for up to 40 min. The distances between the nozzles of the jets and the samples were approx. 16 mm (CPJ) and 6 mm (µAPPJ). Means and standard deviations reflect three experiments. Standard deviations that are not visible were below 0.1 mM.
