PIC/MCC - DC conditions

Contents are 500 rows by 4000 columns corresponding to the centers of 500x4000 cells, where each cell represents a square with side length 2.4 micrometers. The +8 kV potential is applied to the upper two electrodes, while the bottom electrodes are held constant at 0 V. Within the "BottomHalf" and "UpperHalf" folders are the electron densities when the DC geometry is simulated with seed electrons present only on either the cathodic or anodic side of the dielectrc, respectively. Within the "Full" folder are the electron densities and charge disparity maps when the DC geometry is simulated with seed electrons present on both sides of the dielectric. Multiple readouts of the simulations at timestamps of 0.2, and 1.0 ns are available for each data type.
