During the creation of a dataset and the corresponding resources all metadata information needs to be added. You may modify this draft continuously. At the end, please submit your dataset for review. The work flow editors will be automatically informed by email. After the review process is completed, your dataset will be published. You obtain a notification email.

Entering main metadata for a dataset

The following types of field formats are available:

• key set by the system
• fixed list set by the system
• link consists of a text and the corresponding URL
• term list keywords that are automatically added by the users creating the datasets.
• controlled list fixed list of keywords that can only be changed by the site moderators.
