Adding Resources

Generate ASCII files for the data and PNG files of images. Preferred are .TXT or CSV or XLS files that the user can download and analyse further. Most important, please name the resource field according to the convention below. The resource file can either:

• uploaded directly on the DKAN server
• connected with a link to an external storage site TODO
